Then I clicked on "home" and it sent me to the main page where everything is. When i go into account settings it still says. I am currently a student at a different university and i am trying to log in with this new school information however it is not allowing me to change the subscription. What is causing this? Did they update something where now I have to pay to have office online? (It was free before, that's the version I was using, and duh.)ĮDIT: I searched for my Document that's on in my browser history, which I opened yesterday, which is in my office 365 account, which is the one I can't access. Office 365 school sign in I have been using office 365 with my school subscription. I don't have any business/school/work attached to that email, it's just my personal email. I have 3 global admin accounts in my office365 tenant and since a weak ago i kept getting sign in blocked issues for all my admin accounts and when i change them to sign in allowed they become blocked again randomly after like 1 or 2 hours with no reason. Now, I have never used my email for school/business. Dear all, I have been struggling the past week to resolve and identify the cause of this issue. I went into Edge, thinking I would do the same work around. Today I tried to log in through Chrome, same message. I said "well it's fixed now" I copied the link and opened it in Chrome, and everything went great. So I went into Edge and logged in from there, it worked.
